Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
- Returns will only be accepted for products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.
- We do not accept returns for sale items, gift cards, or perishable goods.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
- If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at camelcart20@gmail.com with your order details and images of the damaged item.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a defective or incorrect condition.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned, including:
- Personal care and skincare products
- Items that have been used or altered
- Sale and clearance items
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Attach clear photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
- Ship the item back within 7 days of approval.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
